Report cards come home today. You may keep all the papers and return the signed envelope.

Field trip March 7

Please return the permission slip next week with $4 to attend. Thank you! We are going to the Honeywell Center to see Pout Pout Fish on stage.

HOMEWORK

• STUDENTS ARE TO READ 20 MINUTES EACH NIGHT.
  • Your child is bringing home a reading log each week to fill out and return on Fridays.
• STUDENTS ARE TO PRACTICE SPELLING WORDS FOR THE FRIDAY TEST EACH WEEK.
• Spelling tests will be most Fridays.  The word list will come home on Friday or Monday.  Please practice the words at home during homework time. 8 of the list words will be on the test along with 2 surprise words that follow the same word pattern.  There will also be a bonus challenge word that follows the word pattern that will be worth one bonus point.  No point will be lost if the challenge word is missed.

April 15th:  Good Friday.  No school.
April 21st:  K Round-up. 4:00-6:30pm
June 6th-June 24th:  Summer School

Plunge into reading PTO winter fundraiser

We will be using our regular weekly reading logs to keep track of our reading for this. All you need to do is the regular nightly reading you usually do, and get sponsors if you desire. Feb. 7-25. Thank you!

Thank you for all of your help sending in items for the Valentine party today. We are looking forward to an amazing afternoon!

Mrs. Vicki Morton will be joining us for several Friday afternoon sessions to teach some Junior Achievement lessons to the class. JA lessons focus on community: businesses in our community, who lives and works in our community, and how money flows through our community.
